There will be a power service Interruption at the shop on Wednesday June 26th around 8 AM. It may take a few hours as we are updating the electric. This means the booster station on Cabin RD will be down for a few hours. Notice: The new water line construction is underway and will continue throughout the summer. There will be road closures, some properties may have limited access at times. Single lane traffic will be required at times. Large trailers are not recommended.
The following listed properties will be significantly impacted at times. If the property is a rental the owner and/or the property manager should advise the renters in advance of the construction and restrictions. Traffic will be impacted and restricted at times.
Also the mailboxes will be relocated to Deer Mountain Road during construction and relocated once construction is completed. From our board President: There is not a map, the areas effected will be Whitetail from the highway to the top of the hill, then along the utility easement through the woods, then across Whitetail and then up the full length of Birch. Homes that will impacted are those located on the Whitetail area and all homes on Birch. There may be some restrictions in access at times and they may be temporary road closures but every attempt will be made to minimize property access during the construction. All construction within the subdivision should be completed by September. We have confirmed they will apply the mag chloride to the roads on Wednesday, June 10.
