Please check your water pipes

12/28/2022

DMSD All water users/property owners, please check your properties for any possible leaks that may have resulted from the recent extreme cold weather.  Our System Operator has expressed concern in regards to this as  the system is struggling to meet the current demands and this is a possible indication that there may be properties with bursted or leaking water lines.  Conserve water when possible.

Water service down

12/27/2022

UPDATE: Water is back on , we are down a pump, new pump is on order.  Steve says there may be houses with broken water lines, that is the owners responsibility.

Water service is temporarily down as the system operators are replacing a motor and pump.  Service will be restored later today.
