A black bear is in the subdivision and it is imperative all garbage be removed immediately. If you rent, from here forward you cannot leave garbage out all week, it must be removed after each visit or renter. If you live here, do not put your garbage out the night before, put it out the day of collection.
We need this bear to move on, and it won't if we leave food around like garbage and bird feeders. With fall near and hibernation habits looming, this could create a serious situation. This problem could be remedied if we remove the source of why it's hanging around. Thank you for your immediate cooperation. We'll discuss this in more detail at our September 3 meeting.
