The trustees of the Deer Mountain Road District at the annual meeting of May 5, 2020, approved a motion to enforce the ordinance that prohibits any commercial signage within the road right of way. Therefore any commercial signage that is presently posted in the road right of way (33 feet from the center of any road in the District) must be removed and/or relocated out of the road right of way. Effective with the date of this notice, all commercial signage in the road right of way must be removed and/or relocated within 30 days. Failure to comply will result in the District removing the signs. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
