A Special Sanitary District Election will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at 21375 Mule Deer Dr., Lead, South Dakota. If the polls cannot be opened because of bad weather, the election may be postponed one week.
The election polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time on the day of the election. At the election, the following question will be voted upon: Should the District issue its general obligation bond in an amount not to exceed $2,174,000 for the purpose of paying the cost of constructing a new drinking water system or acquiring and making improvements to a drinking water system, including, but not limited to, a new water treatment building and equipment, a storage reservoir, water meters, distribution system, and booster station, and to pay legal, accounting and other costs related to the issuance of such bond? The polling place of the Deer Mountain Sanitary District is as follows: 21375 Mule Deer Dr., Lead, South Dakota.
